At ZLINE Kitchen and Bath, we stand by the quality of our luxury home appliances and offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, uninstalled condition. Please ensure all original packaging is intact to qualify for a full refund minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and pre-paid shipping labels.
- 2.Prepare the Item
Securely pack the product in its original crate or box, including all manuals, hardware, and protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping labels clearly to the exterior of the package and schedule a pickup or drop-off with the designated freight carrier.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
